It's losing it's luster. I had a 30% off coupon so I bought a golf shirt. I checked and it was not on any the exceptions. I took it to the register and after they rung it up they told me that the 30% does not apply. I asked why she told me because it was golf. Yet that is not on any exemption. This is getting harder and harder to shop at kohl's.

I don't usually go here often because the prices are a little expensive, but this was the only store around this area that I could find boys husky jeans in. I only found 2 pairs, but at least they had some in stock. We waited in line for awhile and ended up just using self checkout, which I don't personally like doing. The store was clean. Staff looked pleasant but didn't go out of their way to be friendly or ask if we needed help.

Merchandise was very disorganized and messy - items on display were not in the same vicinity as the manikins with the clothing on them- prices were extremely high. Clothes were moved to racks with sales but they were not on sale. Active wear is all locked so it’s impossible to look at or hold up items to see about the fit-

I'm rating this store 5 stars because of the fact that you can return your Amazon products here. Store is nice when I walk through, but I love being able to return items, even without a box, to this store.
