Just had our first interaction with Jay Carpet One & Flooring! And could not be happier so far! Very knowledgable, Military Friendly and detail oriented! He set a very high standard for himself by being so attentive and has been nothing but honest!

Visited on Wednesday. Price was similar to competitors’, but the quality (carpet weight) was twice as heavy. Was installed expertly by 2pm on Friday. Could not be happier.

Not 100% reliable, on again, off again, on maintaining promises. Damaged new paintwork during carpet fitting. Will certainly think twice about using again.
