Customer Service is horrible! Ordered a couch in February 2024 and did not get it until end of June. I called many times to see where this couch was and all they had to tell me "its going to be on the truck next week" Come to find out there was an issues at the manufacturing plant (England), they were notified, but NEVER notified me. Did not value me as customer, just wanted my money!

Great quality of furniture and the delivery folks were great. Very customer focused and very good with their work.I must add after ordering table and chairs never received and had to get refund. They couldn't explain why this happened

Great variety of products and fabric samples. we could even see all the products offered that were not in the showroom in a catalog. We had friendly service that did not pressure us to buy. They were very helpful!! Would come back again and would recommend to everyone!

Well needless to say we needed to buy furniture for an entire house! We had a budget of 8k for an entire house wanted to compare prices and what do you know they are closed and better yet their website has NO prices you have to call them you have to go down sorry but time is everything and if you won’t show your prices I won’t bother same goes with a dealership if I need a new car and you don’t have sticker prices I won’t even stop.Figured you would want to know you lost a huge sale maybe you should consider putting prices online….

I am fairly new to the area and did not know this business was here. I was looking for a new couch and had gone to several places and couldn't find one I liked. Did a Google search and H.L. Stephens came up so I went and I am so glad I did! Great selection, competitive prices, helpful and friendly staff. Fast delivery and the two guys that did my delivery were great. Professional and friendly, set up was quick and easy. I highly recommend checking this store out!

I would never buy from this outfit again. They drop my cabinet upon delivery where the door broke. Then blamed it on being a clearance item that was broke already. Beware of shopping here. Incompetent delivery driver. The lady in the “complaint department” is really good at her job, if that tells you anything! Word of advice take pictures of what you bought before leaving the store. I only can hope people read this before getting it up the $&@ from them.

Dan was the man who helped me and he was so helpful and patient while I juggled two young kids while making furniture decisions god bless his soul! So kind! Also I absolutely love that they sell furniture made in the USA that comes with such an amazing warranty (southern motion). I will never buy furniture from anyone else again!
