Refills are unreliable at best. Technical/SMS systems break often and are unconvenient/providing blatantly false information. The owner/manager refused to give me my prescription until I told them my personal medical history, inperson, at the front desk, in front of several strangers (which is illegal, but with medication prices it isn't like I can afford to do anything about it). "Overworked staff," and so failed to refill my life-saving medicine on time. (That sucks even more when you need to call them to fix it, as a mute, who can't drive...)They also got rid of my childhood ice cream shop when they bought the place. Now that cuts deep.(Please get a better SMS system, it always displays an incorrect timelimit for refill requests, and doesn't even send a message at all about half of the time. There is no Help command when the SMS isn't working, just a "cancel" button...)

Not only are they extremely slow, but they treat their customers like dirt. After a rude encounter with one pharmacist, I informed her I wanted my prescription back and took it across the street and had it filled. Within a week I had all my prescriptions transferred.

Always on top of my daughter's and my prescriptions. If they don't have enough they always call when the rest is in. Staff is friendly also

If you need a prescription filled, it's great!! I would have expected more products to choose from on the shelves however, other than a $30 bottle of asprin.

I've been there several times, and the service wasn't slow but wasn't fast either. They also could never have enough of my prescription on hand, so I'd end up making a second trip there two days later to get the rest of my prescription. Month after month this happened. Finally I gave up and went on to different pharmacy that could keep enough in stock.
