Have been calling to make an appointment for investment opportunities including CDS and regarding my checking account for past 3 weeks. Every time I don't have anyone answer my call! Receive a voice mail for someone to contact me and I've left numerous messages and never received a call back! This is just not the way to run a business or a bank. Just pathetic and the previous manager was Grace and she would always take care of all customer requests and in the most professional and excellent manner. What has happened to the bank that I dealt with for so many years? I will, as many of my friends will, have to take my business elsewhere. So very sad after the change of management!
