Your customer service sucks. Dude’s too cool to speak to me when I ask for a shoe size in the back… doesn’t even look me in the eye. Acts like it’s painful to “work.” Meanwhile little honey behind the counter talking to her friends using nice language in front of my 9 year old. Never going there again. What the hell is wrong with this town?!

Lack of customer service. Very sad to say this but it's the worst experience I ever had by the manager Corey T. He didn't even care to fix the problem.

Products are worse than ever. Tear and split in less than a mo of normal use. Will never spend another dime here as even when you go back in and see the same clerk that checked you out at the register not 3 weeks prior wouldn't even offer to enter manufacturer default after mentioning that was the issue and proceed to telling you the same thing wouldn't even exchange the item and send the boots in to get them replaced or refund. Horrible construction of product and customer service.
