The mobile mechanic went above and beyond his knowledge and not to mention... these mobile mechanic businesses or any mobile business for that matter, are really stepping it up... this guy went into an unknown situation blindfolded not knowing what he was facing, truck needed a starter replacement, you think, starter, ehhhh no problem right? Of course not.but in the middle of the woods broke down on a logging trail.... no lift no jack just tools and in his back... kudos to the mechanic!!!! Yes I took care of him... paid the cost, and 60$ cash tip! Thanks again! Will definitely use them again.

Absolutely do not recommend if you're going to have the interlock installed. 7 hours I sat there and it never got installed because he doesn't know what he's doing. Blamed it not working on my car and the battery and the alternator and so much more. Well, yea, I think the battery is going to die after working on it for 4 hours in the dark. All my car lights were on for an extended period of time while he "worked" on it. After 7 hours I told him I could not stay any longer. Heleft the dash all open as I was supposed to return a few days later. I get home and lights are not working and I can't get the key out of the ignition. I knew would not be taking my car back to him. I took my car to a reputable interlock installer and fergies has done damage to my vehicle. They drilled a hole in my door frame (by the seat were the door will close) to get wires to pass through. Now I risk not passing inspection. He wasn't to be drilling anything. He broke all the clips off my dash so now it has to be rigged with screws.he spliced wires that weren't supposed to be spliced. He did something to the ignition wire that now causes trouble with my car starting. He talks like he knows what he's talking about but doesn't have a clue.ive got pictures of everything he messed up . See ya in court matt

Fantastic customer service. Never had a mechanic actually show me the things that are wrong and explain why it needs to be fixed and the emergency of it. I highly recommend going here.

Matthew was great. Broke down at watkins glen racetrack campground and he came out after normal hours to get us up and running. After a couple of hours we were fixed and he wanted very little for repair so he got a great tip ? Highly recommend. Great, friendly service thank you for getting us running again
