I am not usually a negative person but lately the service at this Byrne dairy has been absolutely horrible. The one employee literally hates doing anything he is asked to do and does it at such a slow pace. They have consistently messed up my milkshakes making then way too watery. It honestly just comes down to the employees because the food and everything is good when employees do as they are trained to do.

CHOCOLATE MILK IN GLASS BOTTLES!! Of you grew up like I did it's the place to get your favorite childhood drink. They're also open 24 hours and serves food, Ice cream, coffee, tobacco, beer, gas and lottery!! (I believe the lottery has restrictions after a certain time of night.)

Just stopped to get gas and the pump immediately took $75 off my card and only let me get $1.04 in gas. So now my account balance is $0 and I still have no gas. My bank says it was the gas station that placed the hold and there's nothing they can do. How is that even legal, isnt that theft? I will not get gas at Byrne dairy again.

My husband and I are both seniors. We always come and order 1 large ham and Swiss sandwich. I like black olives on my half , he likes onions. They cut in half for us and charge us for the one ham and Swiss. This evening cashier and person who made sandwich insisted NO is 2 sandwiches!!!! This is store on corner of grand central and fairview. VERY unsatisfied!!

The stores are uniform and nice. Good selection for foods. I usually stop for gasoline and like that they have non ethanol at the pumps. The club card to get a dime of was easy to set up and use too. Not only does it get you the discount, but it gave us a nice way to shield from possible skimmers. I'm a captive customer, but it's worked well for me.
