I had a very positive experience in working with Bobby during a recent car purchase. He was very flexible in having me set up a time to look at the car, test drive it, and had no problem with me bringing it to a shop where I could have it put on a lift to see if there were any unknowns. As he said, there were no surprises! And I found him to be friendly, straightforward and honest throughout the process.

He was easy to work with and his prices are lower than most. My car had issues a week after I bought it and he fixed everything as it was under warranty (it was the ujoints). He provided a car for me to drive the week he was making repairs. Although now I need to get a new key made because the ones provided were broken and I figured having him replace them under the warranty would be petty. Now that the warranty is up, of course my car needs the battery replaced and alternator as well. Also having sensor issues. Maybe I should've shopped around more...go somewhere else. I've had nothing but issues with my vehicle since buying it through this guy.
Update:
It hasn't even been a year that I've owned this vehicle and I just found out after my oil change that this vehicle needs major engine work. I got this car as a family vehicle because I had a baby on the way. Noe I'm scrambling to see if I can get a new vehicle that would actually be reliable. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS GUY!

I am a single mother who has had a very hard time purchasing reliable vehicles in the past. I spent 6 months looking at cars until stopped at Osgoods. I fell in love with a '04 Chevy Malibu. He put new tires on it and professionally cleaned it. I have had this car for a year and a half and had no issues. This business is very friendly and reliable. I recently had a red squirrel fall in love with the car as well. Took 4 days to catch him because he loved it so much. I as a single mother fully recommend this business.
