Called twice. First time got a very cordial fellow who sold me some lumber at prices better than any of the other area stores. Second time got a fellow who wanted my name, when I declined to give it to him, he turned quite nasty, and quoted me pricing that was much higher than the local competition. Won't be calling a 3rd time.
