Long waits never have my prescription in stock unreal

Every time we have prescriptions sent here they're never done on time. I even call to see if they are ready and I'm always told "give us 15 -20 minutes" I show up 45 minutes later and they still are not filled. Then told it'll be another 20 minutes. Never fails.

Was told that my prescription would be ready on Monday turns out it wasn't. They told me my other one wouldn't be ready for a week. They gave me the one that wouldn't be ready for a week and it turns out that they couldn't refill the other for another week.
