Walmart employees are not well trained or paid enough to care.

They NEVER answer the phone. Then of course when I show up in person they can’t help me with what I need. Well, if you would have answered the phone I would have known that!!!!!

They deliver service is horrible. Waiting 3.5 hours for them to never show up is horrible and now I have to wait 3 or more days for a refund because I had to cancel order that never showed up. I wish I could say this was the first time I've had issue but half the time shopper claims item is not in stock only for me to send someone else who finds the product they claimed was not available. I'll be sticking to pick up

The item I went in for was not on the shelf but the top shelf had the overstock. I was able to get help quickly to obtain what I needed.

Felt kinda depressing. I was looking for a simple food try. $25.99. really! I find a nicer and cheeper one at Amazon!

Very knowledgeable employees, just the service at the front is beyond ridiculous due to the fact they only have one live cashier while other employees are up front walking around dumbfounded beyond belief. Looking around all lost like what do I do now. Self check out is such a waste of customers time, then onto of it all I ask this question. Do I get a employee discount? The answer is no but I am there doing your work for you, so let's put live cashiers back in the store or give us a discount.

98% of my shopping is online and pick up. 50% of the time I have something unavailable, but will walk into the store and it will be there. Smh

Besides the self checkout

Went to hornell walmart yesterday. Took me about 10 minutes to get what I wanted. Wont use self checkout because it's not my job plus when I am forced to use them, which is often because no cashier, they scan invisible items I guess...things pop up that I don't even have in cart, then I have to get help. Yesterday I stood in line for 21 minutes. Only 1 cashier working. 4 workers watching the self checkout. 4 customers ahead of me & at least 7 behind me. Alot of complaining from all of us in line. No one was blaming the cashier. Wasn't her fault! The idiot that had the brilliant idea of self checkouts is to blame! Or maybe the morons who approved the idea are to blame. Apparently it makes more sence to pay people to watch the customers rather than help them. I realize I am a simple peon but I think the powers to be should start listening to customers & bring back the cashiers & get rid of self checkouts.
