These pharmacists are far more attentive to their customers. They take the time to call me to check if I have any questions or concerns on any of my prescriptions or if I needed any refilled. They contact my doctor’s office when my doctor’s office fails to do their job to refill my prescriptions. They figured out a problem I had with my primary not putting a proper description on my dosage and I was able to get the meds I needed for my stomach that day. This is after going through hell between wegmans and Canisteo valley family practice dropping the ball, not once, not twice, not even three times, but FOUR TIMES in which I didn’t get my prescription the day I needed it and had to pay full price for it because my doctor didn’t care enough to fix the dosage label even after calling his office multiple times. The Walgreen’s pharmacist took care of me and made sure I would be covered by my insurance after Wegman’s charged me full pricing knowing that my insurance should have covered my prescription, but my doctor is too incompetent to fix the problem. I love the assistance I receive at this pharmacy! Highly recommend over Wegmans and Walmart. As someone who is on 13 prescriptions at 32, I have much experience with pharmacies, and Walgreens is BY FAR the BEST!

As a healthcare worker I need to to say, staff just needs to do is slow down and listen to customers. Smiling and at least acting concerned is a big part of the job. I love the store but won’t be getting my Rx filled.

rude customer service have to tell them how to do there job they like playing doctor and wont fill my meds when it clearly went thru ins and got payed but still makes me wait. only reason transfer there was for drive thru buy starting to rethink

Ive had to call on numerous occasions to let them know the doctor HAS called in my prescription .. rude customer service as well .. only reason i have stuck with them is for the drive thru.. but even that has become not enough to stick with them. choose another pharmacy.

I was hung up on three different times and will not fill my prescription until I drive all the way out there I’m a half an hour away from the store and then it’s going to take them another half hour to 40 minutes they want me to sit there and wait because I have a discount insurance card I’m in the middle of re-applying for my normal insurance what a joke

Tried calling all day to refill meds and their phones haven't been working. Can't even get through to the main store. Their automated system won't let me refill either so I have no way of getting my meds filled now.
