Codie was the absolute best. Called ahead, asked if they asked had the product I needed, told her I was going to come in and she was ready when I came in. As soon as I walked in she knew exactly what I was talking about, helped me set up my new product, even stayed 15 minutes past when she was supposed to and set up an appointment for 2 weeks from now and explained everything to me. Best part was she was awesome to work with and even found me a promo. Definitely recommend her!!!

Jennifer Freeland at the Hornell location was so awesome. She was able to help me with a complicated situation, save me money, and was friendly all the while. She is a great person and Verizon/wireless zone is lucky to have her on their team; Hornell customers are as well!!

Jen waited on us and she was informative and she was so patient with us!! I will only go to her from now on!! She even stayed late just to get all my things on my old phone onto my new cell!! She is a keeper for sure!! I won't go to anyone else!!!

I had a great experience the other day at this Verizon store in Hornell NY. I had spent way too much time trying to complete a claim for a lost cellphone. I was on the phone multiple times with Apple, Asurion and this store; specifically Jennifer Freeland. She was so helpful, kind, patient and knowledgeable. After bothering her three to four times with various questions via the phone, I finally decided I would take her up on her suggestion and go into the store and see if she could resolve the issue. I'm very appreciative of her as she was able to completely resolve the issue! Not to mention she helped two other customers while she was helping me; with kindness and patience! Thank You Jennifer!!

I dealt with Jen Freeland at the Hornell Verizon store on Main Street in Hornell. I had a difficult case and she was excellent and very professional. I have been there twice and have had a great experience both times. I will never go to another store for Verizon service. Thank you so much.

I adore Verizon !! They do anything for you !! Anytime I go in there even with the slightest issue for example I needed help changing my lock screen picture I had no idea how too they helped me out !!! They even have a guy that fixes phone screens. Vex technology he charged me only 75$ to changed my apple phone screen completely he changed the glass completely when it was absolutely destroyed like it was so cracked up the screen cut me when I carried it so I wore gloves when bringing it over !!! And he made the screen look brand new !! Hes putting a screen protector on Friday!! These guys are incredible! Highly highly highly recommend.
