Our salesteam of Trent and another young lady who were both very informative and helpful throughout our visit. Trent did a great job of explaining and finding the best fit for our needs, even when a time consuming phone transfer took place, he stayed polite and calm. The young lady (didn't catch her name) was incredibly entertaining to our daughter who is high energy, they drew pictures and talked about dinosaurs all while she dealt with multiple other customers, one who wasn't particularly nice. Kudos to your team at the Hornell TCC branch. Thank you both for being awesome people and employees!!
