Sloppy work, no communication, left repairs undone and charged my insurance company for parts that weren't replaced. Surprisingly, Geico wasn't interested enough to pursue the fraud.

To say I’m pleased is a complete understatement. I’m a car guy and I expect darn near perfection and this shop delivered. My 2018 Cadillac was in good hands. The shop owner was consistent with his communication and very professional. I will be a repeat customer. And I think that everyone should be flocking to this shop to get work done!!! WOW!

Southern Tier Collison was so helpful when we had a run in with a deer. They were extremely fast and answered any questions I had. If I have any other situations that I will need my vehicle fixed (hopefully no time soon ?) I will be going through them again! My truck looks brand new. Thank you!!

They can't do body paint. Took my truck to them and not even 6 months later I'm getting rust spots where they painted. Would not recommend them. Only give them one stat cuz I had toService: Painting
