The store itself was not a bad store, nor was there an issue with employees, the reason I am giving a low star review is because who ever is in charge over there needs to turn on they're ac it was absolutely 100 degrees in that store, they're poor cashiers were beat face red, and sweating along with all their customers. A multi billion dollar company should definitely be accommodating to their employees and customers and not have people on the brink of collapse from a heat stroke just standing there.

Ok place to go but Bradley's is so much cheaper on nuts, bolts and washers, about 1/3 the price and a bigger selection

Lots of stuff. I bought some landscape blocks and cap stones. They have a good selection of products but stop ordering landscape products in early June. So if you have big projects it can sometimes be hard to get enough product. They will not ship from other stores. As. Was trying to buy landscaping materials they were stressing about Halloween and Christmas products that were already being delivered. Always trying to be six months ahead of sales, I prefer locally owned businesses.

Never pay for delivery it's over priced for late delivery everytime stuff is over worked underpaid

I bought a fridge and oven. To be fair I had such a horrible experience with Home Depot this was really the only place left. There was a lot not in stock but delivery is next week. Compared to Home Depot I still hadn't received it in 3 months. I'll update after delivery

Hornell NY usually go to Webster but they only had the 4'x 8 pressure treated fence for what I need there. Customer service folks were everywhere and helpful.
