Worst experience ever purchasing a mattress! They sold me a defective mattress refused to give me my money back instead tried to trade the mattress out for a firm mattress which I didn't agreed to, I demanded my money back only to get $500 instead of my full refund of $646!

We went after being recommended by friends. Loved the no push sales experience. Friendly, price and selection were perfect. Went in for two recliners snd ended up with a bed as well AND still saved money compared to the big box store!!!

I recently purchased 2 Best Power Recliners with tilt headrest from HFO. They are the most comfortable recliners I’ve ever sat in! The tilt headrest is a great feature and I’d highly recommend it for both ease and comfort. Sean and Shirley were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable in their products. I’ve purchased from HFO in the past and will definitely shop there in the future for any other furniture needs.
