However, one employee, Collin, is reported to be a "know-it-all" and "snarky and rude." The store also faced some logistical challenges, such as customers having to wait for the cashier to locate pre-ordered parts. In one instance, a customer's camper broke down, and the sales manager, Tristan Yocum, went above and beyond to help. He came in on his day off, replaced the starter, and even followed the customer to another AutoZone location to ensure they got the correct part. Despite the camper's ongoing issues, Tristan persistently worked to get it running again, even suggesting the customer not turn it off to avoid further problems. Thanks to Tristan's exceptional customer service, the customer was able to safely return home.
Auto zone is great as long as you dont speak to Collin. The people find the answers if they dont know them and are very friendly. Collin is a know it all and snarky and rude.

Pre ordered parts but when I came in had to wait for cashier... to even come to counter then had to wait for her to find part that was supposed to be put on hold.... other than that it went well
