Bearded employee yelled at me because I came in right before close and he was having a bad day. Proceeded to apologize and walk it back until I left because he knew he was so wrong. Also rented a U-Haul and auto transport and the auto transport was too small so I had to move without my vehicle and they refuse to compensate.

AIMS has a rodent problem. My storage unit was infested with mice. The black dots in the photo are the mice feces I found when I emptied my unit. One of their staff members told me they have a pest control company that sprays every two weeks. The other photo shows how their movers rolled my area rug crooked, then set it on one end for storage which resulted in permanent creased areas that won't lie flat. The weekend staff said their management team would call me about the mice issue and damage - no one called. I would NOT recommend renting a storage unit or using their moving services. However, I did have an okay experience renting their U-Haul truck and the staff members were helpful and responsive.

Excellent service! The rentals are very clean and affordable! Rented a storage unit and used a uhaul. The staff were great to work with!

Amazing. Everytime I have to ship a package they are the only people I will to to. Great selection of boxes and very helpful people. I'm in here at least once a week and they are always helpful. Great prices on boxes.

Called twice, nobody answered the phone, even though they were open. I finally went Into the store. There was 1 person working and the line of people waiting was out the door.
