First what a wonderful company and all they stand for! I have been impressed with the communication from the time of the order to delivery. And then to receive a nicely wrapped package with hand written notecard - even more special. (thank you for ensuring no damage to the material) Once I opened the whole package I was even happier with the purchase. Beautifully handcrafted quality piece! The ordering process was easy and quick. The item arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. It included a kind thank you not which was hand written. The bag is beautiful and the quality is very good. I am impressed with this business and will recommend to all my friends and family. The bag came with a picture of the person who made it in honor of someone still struggling. This added a really nice personal touch.

I just picked up a number of pieces I had made using my dad's military uniform- toiletry bags for the guys, make up bags for the girls. The girls at Unshattered did a fantastic job designing the bags and sewing them. I am so thrilled my family members will have these as a "usable" memory for years to come. I can't say enough about wonderful job they did!!

I just got a beautiful bag (crossbody style) and love it! I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality of vegan leather - it looks just like the real thing. The workmanship is impeccable. I also ordered a face mask, and to my surprise it was reversible with a different color on the opposite side, again, very well made. I would highly recommend this organization for any purses, masks and miscellaneous you may need!

These skilled women gave our family members of 8 adult children/in-law children and 13 grandchildren a special piece of their Dad/Opa's Air Force and commercial airline uniforms that they will continually cherish!
