They are charging $50/ton for pellet delivery even though they are going to 1 location. When I questioned it I was rudely told I don’t have to purchase the pellets. I understand a delivery fee, but not per ton!

Came in just to simply find certain screws. I was helped by some nice gentlemen who directed me. When we couldn’t find what i was looking for, they called the owner who yelled at the young employee when she was the one who should have correctly trained the employee in the first place. Then i was “helped” by the owner who had an attitude the entire time and seemed like she’d rather be anywhere else. As a place that’s supposed to be known for good customer service, i’ve only seen the opposite.

I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN. THE OWNER IS NASTY AND RUDE (I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS ENOUGH) NOT TO MENTION EVERYTHING IS RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED! THE ACE HARDWARE BY DADDY O'S IS MUCH BETTER AND THEY ACTUALLY HELP YOU INSTEAD OF TREAT YOU LIKE A PIECE OF GARBAGE!!!

My husband went in there at 7:30 am hoping to find a part for a ceiling fan.He showed the part to the girl that was working there. She took him straight to we're the part was that he needed. Came home he installed the part works perfectly.Great customer service.As always husband says best hardware store ever
