“I wish I lived in Fishkill, NY so I could get my car serviced at NTC all the time. Earlier this month my husband and I had started our annual trek from NH to FL, where we stay for much of the winter. We exited the highway to get gas, hoping we could get to the gas cap since it’s door had been seriously bent in the evening before . With incredible good fortune, we passed an autobody shop on the way to the gas station. Odds were against getting help without an appointment, but we took a chance and turned in anyway. Not only was the door fixed immediately, but with a smile and a hand wave of “no charge.” Such genuine caring is not commonly found. We were able to fill up the tank many times on our journey, and each time we felt gratitude for the kind, skilled, and generous man at NTC Auto Body that made our trip possible.”

“I had a car accident where I hit the side of my Land Rover into the guard rail on the Taconic Highway in order to avoid a deer that was crossing. The side of the suv took a terrible hit on the body.I'm absolutely so glad I found BTO Autoworks through word of mouth. They do not have the biggest online presence, but rest assured they are a GREAT autobody shop. Ray and his staff did a great job fixing my suv back to new. What I appreciated most from my visit, is the clearly defined timeline and the no nonsense. I checked two other auto body shops in Poughkeepsie and they were telling me there would be a 30 day wait... or they would tell me to leave the car and wait an undefined amount of time. It was clear my suv wouldn't be prioritized for bigger projects. With BTO Autoworks there's none of that, it is strictly professional. It took about a week to get parts and a week for labor. “My wife and I are new to the area. Last week her car died. We brought it to the nearest repair shop (not Green’s) in Rhinebeck. They replaced the battery and the car made it home. Our next time using the car it started to lose power. The repair shop never diagnosed the car and just assumed it was the battery. We found Green’s and it just so happened to be 3 minutes from home. We had enough charge to make it to Green’s and dropped it off on Friday night. We left the key in the drop box and a note on the car. First thing Monday, Art called to tell us the alternator was bad. When we picked the car up, We paid the bill and Art mentioned he replaced the serpentine belt as well. Art was great! We paid a very fair price and couldn’t be happier with the prompt attention to our commuter car. We found ourselves a real gem in Green’s! We always prefer to support local and if you’re in the area, I believe you can trust Art to be fair, take care of your vehicle without feeling taken. Highly recommend Art and Green’s!
