On multiple occasions, the person driving the recycling truck proceeds too quickly and does not empty the entire contents of the can. When I called to report this, it’s being marked down as a missed pick up one in fact somebody needs to address the root problem which is the driver proceeding too quickly. On multiple occasions, I have had to call and wait sometimes until the next day for them to come back and empty the rest of the can.

There should be a free drop off service for monthly paying customers. If you have a single cardboard box that doesn’t fit in the cans, it’s $20 to drop it off yourself. I don’t find any solution where “just pay more money” is the only option to be acceptable.

We just moved to the area and are using Royal Carting for our garbage and recycle. They made the process incredibly easy to sign up with them, which was all at a reasonable cost. I’ve already ventured out to the facility to dispose of recycle materials and the folks at the facility were incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you very much for making our transition very easy for our family. Highly recommend.

My husband and I have been a customer of Royal Carting for over 30 years and never had a complaint until now. We contacted Royal Carting a week prior to our delivery pickup to have our garbage pail wheel repaired. A week later, after having the pail dragged down our over 250 foot driveway as discussed, pail was not repaired or replaced. Called the representative again and she was VERY rude. She told my husband that the pail should have been down two day's prior as the driver starts at 5:00am. She NEVER indicated that the pail should be down two day's prior to pickup. "If" she said it had to be two day's prior my husband would have certainly made sure it was down the over 250 foot driveway two day's prior! My husband said to her that he is a senior citizen and he has cancer. Her response was extremely rude and said that WE have to follow the driver's schedule. Wow!! So I called back and said to her this is unacceptable as to what was explained and now she changes her directions saying it should be out two day's prior as the driver starts his day at 5:00am! I said to her that my husband and I are senior citizens and that he has cancer and cannot drag the garbage pail back up a 250 foot driveway and then drag back down a 250 foot driveway again!! She said to me well that's how it's going to be fixed, period! So I asked to speak to her manager, Dawn Emory and I left a lengthly message. The manager never responded to my message. How terrible people are not making considerations for other people who are in need. I'm very, very disappointed with Royal Carting and if they respond to this review, TOO LATE!!!

Always Professional and Great service- happened to see this just this week on Thursday and and was happy with the outcome- so wanted to give credit to the professionalism I saw in action. A piece of cardboard box fell of the truck as it was loading my recycling bin up. After unloading my bin, the driver stopped the truck got out and threw the cardboard back in. This is a small thing but it isn't too. I'm sure the need to finish a route makes that all to easy to skip. Thank you Driver > Happy Holidays and thanks for being awesome!
