Rite aid in Hopewell Junction NY always has what I need, when I need it. They are always very welcoming and kind. They are knowledgeable about store products and medications. Great staff, pharmacists and most of all CHRISTOPHER!! Love all you guys. Thank you as always! Stay safe and healthy!

I made the switch to Rite aid after CVS stopped taking BCBS. It was just as well because I was not happy with them anyway. This has been the best pharmacy and the employees are kind and helpful. It's unfortunate riteaid is going through bankruptcy but hopefully this location stays open. ?

I had an appointment for a covid booster on 9/18/22 at 4 pm I arrived to check in 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was told there's going to be a 20 minute wait because walk ins we're in front of me.Why even bother scheduling appointments if walk ins can show up and be taken care before people who took the time to schedule an appointment pp.Pharmacist didn't care and was definitely unconcerned about takitcare of scheduled customers I've been a long time customer but after today's lack of service it's time to change.

I've been using rite aide pharmacy for years and never had any issues. Recently regardless of I come a few hours after my dr appt or a day after they always make you wait at least a half hour to fill it. A cream I needed wasn't ready (in a tube) That just gets pulled off the shelf. Just frustrating to think you give them enough time to fill it and they never even looked at the script until you come in

Always greeted with a smile (by both store & pharmacy employees). There are no long lines for pharmacy pickup. Fast and efficient service with knowledgeable pharmacy staff. When I had to purchase a special medication for my dog, the staff automatically found me the cheapest price through discount apps without my having to request them to do so. (Saved me over $100 each month).During Covid, our Hopewell Rite Aid became our go-to for many products we would have otherwise gotten from larger department stores. They had products the bigger stores were out of stock on.So now, we just automatically go to Rite Aid first. The staff make you feel like family!

This was my go to pharmacy for over a decade, and I get the pandemic madness etc. but the pharmacy manager Devon Lewis is about as rude and disrespectful as can be. But at least he was honest, upon being told I'd speak to corporate he responded "I don't care", and judging by the lack of response I got from this store they obviously have no regard for their customers. I ended up taking my business elsewhere, but beware!!

This place sucks they set a time every day for walk in covid booster shots but they never let me get one, I go online to schedule one but the site shuts down. The lady behind the pharmacy counter has a nasty attitude..... Don't Go There! for anything
