Have been here several times for pedicure. Have not been for a while due to medical issues so nails were long. Young man who did my nails was watching something on his I-phone the whole time during my pedicure. Nails were left very long with sharp corners. He did not even clean under the nails. Very disappointed. Dee Z

Very nice they were not busy. Just got a plain. Mindy did a nice job. I followed up with a 10 min paid massage. Very relaxing.

This was my first time at perfect nails. I heard they’ve been around for a long time and so I expected them to have experienced technicians and better customer service. I had one technician named Andy who was very rude to me and nicked me with the electric file and blamed it on me. He was very rough with handling my hands too. Then after I paid another nail technician up front, who was taking the bill, Andy comes up front and stares at me as if to say where is my tip? Needless to say, I will not be going back.

I went there just on the recommendations on the website and I was pleasantly surprised. The owner that did my nails was very nice, we chatted a bit and she knew what she was doing. No wonder her business has been around for twenty plus years.If I am in the area again I would definitely go back!!

Horrible job. I went in asking for a gel mani and pedicure. Came out with a dip powder manicure and gel pedicure. All they do is massage you and paint your nails and you are out. Same with the pedicure, soak your feet in water, massage and paint your nails. On top of that he told me the gel pedicure color will be the same for my hands. Wrong. I have to different color on my feet and hands. In the photos you can see my feet like a light blue color and my hands grey. Walked out paying $100. After just 1 week my nails are chipped off and half my toe nail broken. Never going back.

This was my first time here. I arrived was taken to the back, sat in a chair for 40 minutes without anyone acknowledging my patience without being spoken to about the wait. The price said, $30+ for pedicure. I got a gel pedicure, did not complete everything they did for another customer who ordered same request. 2 different people started with me and at the close of a "mediocrity at best visit" with unprofessionalism, got to the counter to pay and they charged me $85.00!!!! Also, a special needs young lady was across from me, while Jason was facetiming a person, mocking the girl to phone person in his native language of which I understood. Not only did they overcharge, underserve and behave this way, they acted rude and didn't care. I will never be back again. Karen did my pedicure and did not provide equity with her customers in the approach to customer service. My advice, do not go if you are expecting professionalism and a fair, honest price...

perfect nails in Hopewell Junction New York my first experience was OK with Jason I was charged $50 for a gel fill. My second time I went in for a gel fill, and I was charged $70 for a fill that they advertise for $50 a gel fill he claimed that he had to charge me extra for, get this I have coffin shaped nails I asked him to make them a little narrower on the sides that's it so he had to charge me extra $20 extra unheard of. The person next to me was charged $50 for a gel fill that was not any different than what I had. I don't recommend this place it just feels terrible to be ripped off and then when I said something the excuses were absolutely lies

New to the area and decided to check out this nail salon . I should have read the reviews before committing to get my acrylics set done . The nail technician was very sweet but I did see her struggle as she did a few mistakes on the nails and repainted it over . Then she filed it and it all came out crooked and uneven!!!!!Paid $105 for unprofessional nail service.I’m truly disappointed and I have never had an horrible nail experience in my life .Please do not waste your time and moneyService: Acrylic nails

It was a special and important day, my daughters Sweet 16. I had an appointment for me and my daughter. The male owner who did my nails was not only so rude but aggressive. I left crying. Im not a vindictive person but they lost a loyal paying customer.
