“CPR saved my phone. My iphone 14 fell from the roof of my car onto the highway and got run over by multiple vehicles. thankfully, only the screen needed replacing. The owner was very professional and guided me through all options & possibilities for repair. The price was better than quotes I received from other local repair shops. He followed up with me when he said he would and my phone was fixed the next day. Highly recommend!”

“This AT&T store is great. I worked with the manager I believe his name was Mark, he was amazing. He knew exactly what he was talking about when it comes to all this billing and AT&T stuff. He explained my bill step by step and set me up with a new plan that saved me money and got me into my new phone. He made it such an easy process. “We swung by on a whim to take a look at some options, with no real purchases or upgrades in mind. We were greeted right away by Kyle. We started by explaining that one of us wanted to reduce the lines on our wireless account - and he proceeded to spend the next 2 hours helping us troubleshoot with Verizon corporate to get us the best possible discounts for the account.Kyle never pressured us to purchase or upgrade anything, but presented us a lot of great options and broke down the price and service differences for us. We ended up upgrading one line because of the deal he found for it. He also helped check and link our Fios account to get us even more discounts.We felt like Kyle was very upfront and honest with us. He really went to bat for us when dealing with corporate. Based on the service we received, we are definitely planning to come back when we're ready to get new devices.”

“I placed an order for pickup on n October 9, 2023. When I went to pick up my order was wrong. They went to look for the item. Item could not be found. They gave me 30 dollars in store credit. Then when they said they can do delivery I said fine. Then they gave me another 5 dollars because of the tax. I wasn't expecting this at all. I was presently surprised. I definitely will go back and shop there.”

Rcvd emails about status- last on 7/25 said call. Diff rep just as nice as first one expedited replacement to be delivered that evening. Rep who arrived w phone great Jonathan H. Went to store today and staff wad absolutely fantastic. Neikeisha and Gregory who is very personable transferred all info to new phone. The interactions with all other staff with other customers was great. Thank you all.”
