“Battery expanded went to store rep jawan (spelling?- sorry) gave me info for claim w asurion. Replacement phone was backordered. Phone had protection plan. Rcvd emails about status- last on 7/25 said call. Diff rep just as nice as first one expedited replacement to be delivered that evening. Rep who arrived w phone great Jonathan H. Went to store today and staff wad absolutely fantastic. Neikeisha and Gregory who is very personable transferred all info to new phone. The interactions with all other staff with other customers was great. Thank you all.”
“I didn't know that you have to cancel your plan or other arrangements by phone before you come here. If not they will not accept anything from you. There is no wait. You can turn in items that are not working for replacements. After 19 years with them they are calling constantly to get me and husband back. Too late!”

“I stopped by to ask a question about using an international SIM card on my iPhone 12. John was fabulously knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, and transferred my regular number to an eSIM so that I could use the other SIM card in the physical SIM slot. Great service!”
