Nice location with plenty of businesses with adequate parking. We did notice that most delivery trucks use specific areas to deliver and unload, which doesn't interfere with parking. There is also ramps for wheelchiars/strollers. Side walks are wide and even. Businesses are properly labeled as well.

They had a trick or treat event here and my daughters Doctors is here. It is a nice quiet area. There is also a great pizza shop here.

This is a beautiful business development that has real potential to bring businesses back to East Fishkill.
