So very disappointed!!!First time to visit the office but was unable to make it for reasons beyond my control. At the time, I did call to say Bailee and I were running behind but with cell phones, it can at times cause some challenges.A couple of days later when I called to reschedule, I was told that because I did not call and/or the person that took my call had no recollection of the call, I would lose my $83.00 deposit.Of course..FIRST time not even an office visit yet.I was expecting the business to be a caring and understanding, knowing it was a new client/patient to say, since it is your first time with with us, and you were not aware of our policy, we will reschedule your appointment and use that deposit for the new appointment.Instead what I was told, " I'm sorry and I understand if you do not want to reschedule Bailee's appointment."So maybe Bailee and I are the LUCKY ones, that now we can look for a veterinarian clinic that actually practices compassion and understanding...especially when it comes down to our loving pets. Very disappointed!!

Staff is always friendly and helpful, in person and over the phone, and they treat my dog very kindly. Any vet that I've interacted there over the years is excellent and gentle. Highly recommend.

In room with maci Doctor and assistant treated maci kindly ,and took the time to explain everything to me. Reception was great. Good experience.

We've been taking our pets to East Fishkill animal hospital for around 15-20 years. They have been great with our pets, and caring towards us. They are the ones we trust with our furbabies!

Too many reasons to list why you should avoid this place. The new owners are terrible. Prices went way up. Kennel is now shut down. All the old (pleasant, helpful, caring) staff are gone. I don't recommend this place to anyone!!!

They are amazing and so good to my doggone. He is a rescue and super high strung and hard to train but they manage his issues and are so kind to us both

I had an appointment today to bring my cat in for routine vaccine shots. As I was stopped to make the turn into the driveway of the office, my car was rear ended. I called the police and while I was waiting, called the office to let them know I was outside in their driveway, but had to wait for the police. My poor cat got jolted upon impact and was so traumatized she peed in her carrier! The vet tech came out to my car, gave me a hug, and took my cat in for me. The vet came out shortly afterwards to reassure me my cat was fine and they had cleaned up her and her carrier! All the staff was so kind and compassionate and made my otherwise difficult situation a bit more bearable! I'm so grateful to all the staff, especially Dr. Baffi and vet tech, Julia Foreman. This is why I keep going back after over 30 years!I highly recommend East Fishkill Animal Hospital!!

EF Animal Hospital has taken such great care of our animals for many years. Courtney and all the techs and staff are so kind and patient with my extremely anxious, very large 1 year old puppy. I appreciate all the time and care they take to help her feel comfortable at her visits.

After reading some of these reviews I had become hesitant. I came here last month because my new puppy was not feeling well.I didn’t have an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in that same day within 2 hours. They were extremely helpful and kind to me and my dog. The prices were fair, within that being an emergency visit it didn’t hurt my pockets.They were able to help my puppy get better and put her on antibiotics that same day.I came back today for a check up and update for vaccines for the pup. The staff and Vet were so kind and answered all my questions.I didn’t know the previous owners of this practice but I’m just letting everyone else know it went well for us.

Not sure what happened to this practice. After Dr. Knapp left it become less of your friendly vet around the block and more of a cash cow making machine. After getting talked down to by some tech and a tongue lashing for being late, when in fact I was 10 minutes early, I saw the writing on the wall. Free advice to the owner, be prepared to lose more and more customers with those antics and rude behavior. Sorry but not really sorry
