This was my first time bringing my car for service. I would give these guys 10 stars. Everyone was so nice and the work was done very quickly and my car is working like new. I have used Clove Branch many times since moving to the area for oil changes, tire rotations, and other services for my car. The service is great and they do not try to get you to do anything unnecessary. They're the best, honest and fair.

I came in yesterday for my appointment for an air conditioning recharge for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised at how polite, respectful and reasonable Scott behind the counter was as well as the great communication throughout the entire process.I will definitely be back with my other vehicles in the future! We had a fantastic experience at Clove Branch Mufflers and Brakes. They are honest and did great work that was efficient. On top of it all, they really are the nicest people. We will definitely be using them for all of our car repairs needs and will be recommending them to others in the community.

When my car broke down I had it towed to Clove Branch and I’m so glad I did. Scott was as sweet as could be and his kindness really went a long way on a bad day. Clove Branch had my car fixed and back to me within 48 hours of having it towed there. They were extremely honest, fair, and friendly coupled with prompt and clear communication.
