Giving this place a 1 star because it is an actual operational branch. But boy could they make you not want to bank with Chase in totality. Much better off at the Fishkill location 12 min away. Although this branch is 2 min from my house the customer service is AWFUL. Were they trained at all? Does it require no experience working with people to work here? Also to note NONE of their amazing reviews are from less than 4 years ago.
The associate that sits in the second seat from the right is most likely who all of the more recent reviews complaints are about. Just her facial expression is enough to turn you off from the place, but don’t you dare approach her for assistance because she would never even acknowledge you until she feels like it. This morning the bank was empty, no customers inside (1 at the atm outside, 1 at the drive up atm) and it is the responsibility of the associate inside to assist. When I came in for an envelope, I looked around first if they were available without having to trouble the lady at the desk, they were not. I was not aware she was assisting the man at the drive through because she was simply sitting at the computer. She saw I was on the line and coming to her desk, she didn’t even ACKNOWLEDGE ME. Please, I’m assisting this customer then I’ll be right with you” which is the most BASIC customer service skill. Finally I asked if there was anyone who could pass me an envelope ( a task requiring 3-4 seconds of time), she said no and passed
Me an envelope to which she then explained she’s helping the man at the drive up atm and she’s the only one up there. Now being the only worker there does not excuse your lack of professionalism or ability to do a basic function of the job. Avoid this place. Atm always broken or not working, maintenance man shut the atm off as 3 people were waiting in line to use it instead of waiting for us to finish. Left the machine completely useless. Whole branch needs a refresh as it's the only chase in the area.

Customer service is abysmal. Three bankers sitting around doing nothing instead of helping the one person looking to open a new account. Same thing happened to a relative a few months ago after endless solicitation to move his business checking account over to Chase. As a finance professional, I’m embarrassed on the branch manager’s behalf.

Staff is very helpful and friendly.ATM machine at times has issues accepting cash deposits but if you try again ? it usually takes it.

I just setup a business account in the beginning of December and already have had problems with my bank account. The customer service times are always over an hour and I’ve been trying to contact this branch for the last few days and they do not answer the phones. I initially decided to be a Chase customer because of the incentive they were offering for new customers. But it is not worth the aggravation. I will be cancelling my bank account.

Friendly tellers and let me cash a Chase check without having an account there, and without charging a fee. But since I don't have an account there, I cannot comment on how well they manage their clients. They do have a drive thru but this location could use an update/renovation.
