Completely incompetent. Forget about trying to call this place no one answers and the one time someone did she was completely rude wouldn’t even let me finish my sentence. To top it off I asked this girl when I could bring my vehicle in to get photo inspected by my insurance and she says to call back at 3:30 so I did and god forbid someone answered the phone. To top it off I drove there to see if they could fit me in after multiple days of failed attempts and there were 2 other people there that have the same issue, one person told me they called a total of 17 times before they got a answer. If you’re not going to help people with photo inspection then remove yourself from the list of locations for insurance companies. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Worst Customer service ever!!! I called in trying to get done what needed to get done for my insurance company and the lady on the phone was the rudest person I ever spoke to. It seemed like I was inconveniencing her meanwhile this shop is listed for a specific service that I needed. Maybe take your shop off the list if you don’t want to complete the services.

Joe provided excellent service. He took the time to install an awesome sub in my car. He was very honest about pricing, and even saved me some money. If you need something done for your vehicle- I recommend this business. The people here are great and honest- I felt very at home waiting for my sub to be installed! You won’t be disappointed if you come here. I highly recommend.
