awful customer service. was looking for a flex PVC pipe , got put on hold for them to check in the back (which is not my issue, I don't mind waiting on hold) someone else picked up the phone and said "are you calling for the lumber counter ? " I said " no i was waiting on hold for someone check on inventory for me . looking for a flex pipe or a hose for a water pump " he Said " WHAT ? A HOSE ?! " and then he laughed at me when i confirmed that is what I am looking for. straight rude to laugh at a customer .

Wish I had the experience that it seems most others had from their reviews. Checked the website for 2 specific type/size of paint tray liners. I’m well aware websites aren’t always accurate with products and stock. Asked the woman with short pink hair wearing a Williams red jacket and working in the tool section if the 2 liners in the aisle were the only ones they carried or if there was more elsewhere .She did attempt to help me, but It was very obvious she was annoyed I asked her for help. I tried showing her what it was on the website she briefly glanced at my phone said “you need a deep clear liner” and walked off toward the back. I said I also need a different one as well. She responded “I’ll tell you what I have”. She came back a few seconds later with a different liner, but not the one I needed. She then asked for a ladder and started looking through boxes on the top shelf. At this point it was obvious they do not carry them. I told her not to worry about it.The issue here is customer service. I’ve had wonderful experiences with the younger people who work here, but this woman specifically radiated frustration. I’m sure she’s constantly pulled from her task at hand to find products that the website claims they have and don’t. I understand how frustrating that must be. However, tone and attitude go a long way in a client based business.

Don't go there to refill your rv propane tanks, you'll get only half the tank filled

We went into the store with our two grandchildren and they could not have been nicer to us and especially our grandsons. It’s important to give back to local stores especially when the customer service is so great!! They have a lot of inventory as well. We bought chalk paint and supplies to make a chalk board on one of the walls! The boys are so excited!

Staff is really nice and knowledgeable in my experience there. I’ve been by the ACE Hardware there a bunch of times to grab things when a trip to Home Depot seems a bit too far for my needs. They have most of the basic household things you would find necessary and also have decent selection of outdoor/ home & garden products.

Just went in for some paint to repaint my boyfriends room, neither him or i have ever bought paint before but regardless of that we were looking at samples for about 10 minutes comparing different colors (if that doesn't tell you we are most likely about to be paying customers) At about the same exact time we found a color we liked, an older guy from the back counter came over asking if we needed anything, to which we replied yes we need 3 cans of paint in this color (showed him the color) he stared at us not speaking. then with a rude attitude asked us again what we needed, at this point i was about to walk out because he know exactly what we needed he was just being rude because we didn't know you had to pick a finish to the paint. after we told him the finish and that we were okay with the price is when he started treating us like normal customers. not that it matters because it shouldn't but my boyfriend and i look younger than we are, so im assuming this older man didn't think we had the money or intentions to buy anything based on our looks but regardless we deserve to get treated like any other customer and we won't be returning ever again. two younger guys at the front counter were nice
