I had a set of tires that needed to be recycled. The Manager of Hoosick Tire who I went to school with is always polite and prompt with answers about disposal fees for tires and setting you up with new tires if need be.

Had a mishap with a curb and I am several hundred miles from home on my vacation. My tire needs replacing and it has road hazard warranty available from where I bought it back home. Hoosick tire actually had a decent used tire to replace my broken one so I would have something for the rest of the trip as I can't complete long distance drive on the donut spare! Reasonable price on the service was excellent, very friendly bunch working here! We were on our way within half an hour, mounted, balanced and ready to go! Thanks Hoosick Tire!

I called Hoosick Tire on a Saturday morning and spoke to Anne requesting help with my son's car that had been disabled due to an automobile accident. Despite being short staffed that particular day, the owner of the business drove to where my son's car was parked, removed the tire, took it back to his shop, repaired it, and had one of his employees put it back on my son's car on his way home from work. All within 2 1/2 hours on a Saturday. Outstanding service from the moment I called for help right through to an employee finishing the job after hours. The customer experience doesn't get much better than this. Thank you to the entire Hoosick Tire team.

Eric is a rock star of the used and new tire world out here in the Hoosick Falls region. I have been a customer of his for many years now and I have to say every time I try to stray away I am quickly reminded why I should NEVER go anywhere else even if I have to wait a little from time to time, patience is a virtue and good things come to those that wait. Thank you for these 4 brand new AT tires for my truck and amazing customer service as usual!

Messaged them 3 times ..got no reply..called twice with the woman saying she had to check to see if they had the tires I asked about said she would call me back.. NEVER called back..what a joke .. couldn't give them zero stats..bad customer service !!!!

Friendly, fast and affordable. Took my truck in for an alignment, they advised me about repairs that needed to be done first,i instead of doing the s alignment which would need to be done again after the repair work. Highly trusted!

I bought 4 new tires. Eric and I discussed what I needed. He made several tire suggestions. I went with the Cooper truck tires. I believe it was a good choice. Eric and his crew did excellent job getting tires on truck. They were very busy and short handed. I would recommend Hoosick Tire.
