As a local contractor I'm Frustrated for the last time with this company, failed communication from the top down as usual. Special orders are never followed up on as items sit and no phone calls made when promised or asked for right to delivery at job sites. You'll Sit wondering when or if items have been received, The follow up is always in the customer hands to stay on them or you'll never know where the items are. They'll take your money with a smile but once you leave the store your no more than screw sitting on a shelf with these folks. As I said I'd never be back as a customer and shook my hand I know the situation will not be fixed as the assistant manager never asked about the job or jobs that are affected or my name and try to retain my services. I'm not a major customer of them so I'm just another face and a goodbye and out the door I went. Peace out Hoosick Falls Curtis lumber you receive an "F" from me.

I needed 14 ft sheet metal roofing, and I originally called Home Depot, the site and the store both stated not available in my length in Vermont. Anyway I decided to go to Curtis Lumber for some 2x4's, their quality is definitely better there. While there I asked about the metal roofing, they not only sell it they had 59 sheet on hand go figure. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. Ended up well with the trip.

We are in a mess with Curtis Hoosick falls store. You have left us with an unsafe deck. Going on for a month still without missing railing. We need our railing now.
