Great window staff, but I have a at home business with packages that need to go out and even if I get confirmation of pickup requests they still refuse to take the packages or even show up most of the time. It's costing me money! I need them to be more reliable with requested pickups!

Sad the postal workers who deliver mail cant pick up peoples out going mail if they dont have incoming mail. There are elderly people who cant always get to the post office.
