“We had a tire puncture about 200 miles from home and came in at closing time. A kind tall guy (who's name I rudely forgot) offered me to use his tools to change our tire, where we can find a local tire shop, and checked on us before he closed for the night. Incredibly kind people, if I'm ever back in the area I'll definitely be back.”
“Ariel at the pro desk is the only reason I keep my business at this location. She is prompt, proactive, extremely helpful, and communicates. This store’s lack of tool and vehicle rentals, reduced stock on shelf (vs having to buy online), and frequently damaged goods in-store have been a real complication for me the last year. I would post a 2-star if not for the amazing Pro Desk staff.”
