“I had a script to pick up. Normally I get them by mail but I had one my doctor wanted me to start now. Store is always clean, of course no tp which is standard nowadays. Very few customers and all had their masks on an stayed far apart. Clerk up front, because I had to buy candy and milk, was very cheerful.Reason for the 4 is l have an unusual insurance. Last time I got a script there was after they changed from Rite Aid to Walgreens. All records from before the takeover were gone so the very nice pharmacist called my new Rite Aid to find the form he needed. He even said the form was on my file so there wouldn't be any issues next time. He wasn't there this time and an unfriendly woman behind the pharmacy counter asked for my card, which I gave her only to have her push it back saying that's not the right thing. I told her it was the correct card and last time the pharmacist had found the form and said it was in my records. There was silence and she just said "OK it's $1.92". I handed her the money and she gave me my change and went right on to the next customer before I could even get my gloved handful of change and my script picked up and say thank you! She was just rude. The pharmacist saw me struggling with my full hands and glove and smiled and made a joke about how clumsy the gloves were which I agreed with. She was nice. Unfortunately it only takes one person to make things bad.”

“This place is awesome, it's right by where I live and just a walk away. The people there are so friendly and the location is so convenient. Behind is a courtyard with picnic tables and behind that there it's the path to the basketball courts!”

“I can't recommend this pharmacy high enough. My German Shepherd is on anti-inflammatory meds daily, this pharmacy saves me a ton of money filling her prescription! I'm talking more than a few dollars, it's $100.00 cheaper than anywhere else. They are pet lovers and don't believe it should be so expensive to fill your pets meds! I will continue to drive from Monroe county to livingston county for such a big savings! So worth the 30 minute drive! Do yourself a favor and call them before you get your pets prescription filled anywhere else.”

“With limited options in a small town, CVS is a great place to grab some quick items like allergy meds and aspirin. They have a better selection than tops across the street. There's a good selection of discounts/sale items. You can always find a good deal on something. Scheduled my Covid booster shot here during lunch, even though they were super busy with appointments and walk ins. The pharmacy staff was very friendly and able to move people along in a timely matter. The store is right on Main Street, they are in need of some upgrades. Start with the parking lot, so many potholes.”

“I just wanted to give recognition to the great employees at the Walgreens on E Henrietta Road in the Photo Dept, specifically Olivia. I placed a large card order for my wedding invitations, and there was an issue with the border on my detail cards that couldn't be fixed with the automatic cutting machine. Olivia offered to cut all of the detail cards by hand, which took a significant amount of time and extra work. She did an amazing job, and I'm so appreciative of all of her effort. She truly went above and beyond to deliver great service. I wish I could've given her a tip, but felt the least I could do to show my appreciation was to write this review. Thanks again Olivia!”

“This pharmacy is among my favorites! From the cashiers at the service desk to those back in the pharmaceutical department! Especially, Lindsay! My husband scheduled both of us to have our 4th vaccination on the 12th, but I suggested we should do it before he goes to visit family in Vermont. So he did, for himself. Hahaha! I knew it. Cause I would have received the same text as we did for the 12th. Lindsay was able to squeeze me in for my 4th vaccination this evening too!
