“You never *want* to have to buy a car because your old one died. But, I recently found myself down one Jetta recently, and after doing a cursory search of the Rochester subreddit, I heard many good things about Jessica nee Molye Chevrolet.
Not only were the Bolts on my mind for the ecofriendliness, but the tax credits and price point made it all the sweeter. After reaching out using the online portal, I soon heard from Sales Specialist Karen.
Karen was kind, attentive, and client-centered. Did I want to chat over the phone, or did I prefer email? What is my commute like? Have I driven an EV before? Karen was not pushy in the least, and in point of order, she challenged me to think on my driving needs and what model would be most appropriate for my use case.
I saw Karen speak at a public green energy event in Lima, and was won over by her affable and pragmatic pitch for driving electric. In truth, my adoption is less to do with being ecofriendly, but seeing family and friends go electric with little hassle, and enjoying some sweet, low maintenance cars as a result.
Karen was a breath of fresh air in a market of "sign, sign, sign" sales associates, and supported me from salutation to sale. The day I picked up my car, I was just behind a fella who was on his 7th truck bought through Jessica Chevrolet - and I can certainly see why!”
“While out driving around, I heard a thumping in my tires. I pulled into Townline Garage and checked them myself but didn't see anything.
A block or so down the road, I heard it again.
So I pulled back in and asked if they could check my tires for me.
He did and he found a piece of metal in my tire. He said he would try to plug it but wasn't sure it would work.
Note: I did not have an appointment AND it was just before closing time!
He was able to plug my tire!!! I was so grateful for his help!!!

“Excellent! I went in hopes of getting a tire plugged. They got me in as fast as possible and also had time to change my oil. Very professional and personable. Got me in a few days later for all new tires and an inspection. Great service to every customer that came in. Do their absolute best to fit everyone in for quality work. AND they didn’t charge an arm and a leg! Highly recommend.”
