“I currently rent from Mathstone, the apartments are great roomy and comfortable. The office and maintenance staff are absolutely amazing, I would recommend anyone that is looking for a great affordable place to live in the Honeoye Falls area to look no further then Mathstone.”

“worse apartment complex. extremely unsafe..so many negatives. pool hasn't been open in years. if your upstairs there is no escape if there is a fire. unsafe entrances. no security. homeless have been found sleeping in the hallways as anyone has access to enter the building at any time. elderly people having their rents jacked up to where they can't afford to stay. bedbugs run rampid”
