All cool till they screw something up... then don't expect any courtesy from them. One of my wire wheels was flat when I got it back and there was some damage to the seal inside ... I told them about damage and expected an acknowledgement and maybe an offer to help fix the issue... maybe offer a partial refund or something. Nope... nothing. Promised to get back to me and never did till I left this negative review... now they did offer some future discount if I use their shop again in the future...

21 Ram1500, Pop’s Automotive install a 6” BDS Suspension lift kit, it turned out amazing I couldn’t have asked for anything better. It totally transformed my truck. Great people to work with and very friendly. Highly recommend if your looking to upgrade your vehicle.

I dropped my 2017 Ram 1500 off and this company honestly blew my mind. I’m very picky when it comes to people working on my vehicle but I wanted to give them a shot and I’m thankful I did. Not only did they beat every other shop within a 75 mile radius but they did the install correctly and neat. I had a 6” Rough Country suspension lift installed with 20x10 Fuel Blitz wheels wrapped in 35” Venom Power tires. If anyone is in the market to do vehicle upgrades this is definitely the place to go! Recommend to all of my buddies…thanks Pops for making my truck a head turner!

Definitely do not inspect their vehicles or don't care. Sold me a truck with a leaking head-gasket. $4000 Repair. I noticed when I did my first oil change that my oil cap had the yellow build up under the oil cap. Then upon further inspection found crusty coolant coming out of one side of the V6. This was after the NY 30 day lemon law.

We have now taken our 2019 F-150 back to them twice since owning it. The first time to Install rims/tires and a leveling kit and the second time to Install new tires and a lift kit. Each time we have had the best experience and the truck looks phenomenal. They have been very honest to work with and we truly have no issues to drive the hour from our house to take our vehicles there. I highly highly recommend them for any automotive needs.

I held off 2 weeks buying a different truck in hopes they would have called me back to let me know if the truck I wanted sold or not. I had to call multiple times and email and then they finally informed me that it was sold even though it was stil listed on their website . So I lost out on 2 trucks.

Reached out to Pop’s Automotive on Monday of this week and asked about installing running boards on my truck , she explained they were very busy but knew I was eager to get them on and was able to fit me in today 5-14-2021 . Thanks for the quick turn around and being understanding. I highly recommend them and I’ll definitely be back

Sold me a car with transmission and engine issues, started ignoring my calls once they had my money, and had to harass them for days to pick up the car once paid, always a different excuse. Spent $600 so far at **** fixing all the things they didn’t. Their cars are not fully serviced, or even detailed, you buy it exactly as they bought it. Made me drive 45 minutes to get things out of my old car that I’d traded in, after agreeing my old car wouldn’t leave the lot until the deal was completely done. 6 weeks later, STILL waiting for them to mail me my registration, no longer get any response when I reach out. Currently in a Lemon Law suit with **** because they sold me a piece of junk. Shady, small town business, pay the extra $1000 and go to a dealership, not worth the hassle trying to work with these people.... Read More
