First time using them and couldn’t be happier. Very reasonable and they fixed my damage in a day and a half. They washed and vacuumed my car and when they noticed I was overdue for an oil change they did one on the house. Highly recommend!

Sad that the owner and the technicians there do not know how to find issues. Replaced several parts of my vehicle without fixing the basic issue. They said they would call me, never did after replaced all. I went to another auto repair center, they found the screw issue in 5 mins and charged me nothing. If there is zero star, I will give negative.

So let me start off by saying I don’t know much about cars and I don’t normally write reviews. I’ve always had a good experience with this shop… until today. Over the last couple of months I have been to multiple shops just trying to get my tires looked at because they were losing air at an excessive rate. I would have to fill up tires every other day. For some reason, every shop I went to I got turned away. So i figured let me see if a family member can call their friend who owns a car shop to see if they can do my inspection and check my tires. I was told that it was fine and to go there at 8am this morning. I did get there a little late because of a bad accident/traffic on the roads. But I get there and was told that nothing was mentioned about checking my tires, when in fact it was. He realized his mistake and said “sorry i didn't see that part of the message” . Okay that’s fine. But still refused to check my tires because “we are very busy and we really don't like doing tires”. I get being busy, but i wasn't saying there had to be a rush, i had no problem waiting. But to say you “don't really like doing tires and you just can’t do them anymore” just tells me you don't really want to do your job. On the website it even says they service tires. I was cut off in the conversation and was told “I can put air in the tires”. That doesn’t really help me with my problem. I can put air in my tires on my own. So i said whatever I’ll go somewhere else. They did the inspection. While i was waiting, 2 elderly women came in for flat tires. They were serviced with no issue. Yet i was told “we don’t really like doing tires”. I used to work in retail so I didn’t want to cause a problem or be a bother. But I was extremely ticked off. I did not understand why other people were getting their tires fixed and I can’t even get mine looked at. I was very disappointed and I will not be returning. Normally the people here are very nice and accommodating but I don’t know what the issue was today. If you had a great experience, that is fantastic. I just wanted to share what happened to me.

Took us awhile to find a reliable and great mechanic. Ralph and his staff are honest and do exactly what they say. We kept having problems with our jeep that we just couldn't get fixed. Brought it to Sunwave. They figured out the problem and we are very satisfied with the repairs. Highly recommend them, hard to find an honest mechanic.

This was our first experience with them. We haven’t been happy with the mechanic we’ve been using for the past few years. They are all very knowledgeable, professional and fair; which is what the consumer expects. We are extremely satisfied with their service to our auto.

Not impressed with customer service. Called in to enquire for oil change and they charge more than the dealer and when I said that to them the kid on the phone shrugged it off and said "great, that's a good deal" sarcastically and didn't care. Will just take my car to the dealer.

This place is amazing! My best friend found this place in the middle of the night cuz we were trying to find something local. They came highly recommended so I thought I would give them a try. They we're incredibly friendly and helpful on the phone! They were completely understanding of my schedule . I dropped my car off in the middle of the night they worked on it immediately. Their pricing was incredibly Fair and nowhere near as much as what the dealer wanted to charge me. I would highly recommend them every which way.Their responsiveness, friendly attitude, as well as their willingness to work with a customer was beyond amazing and not something you can find anymore.
