It's better than I expected. Expensive but it's worth it. Buy groceries, everything including the oven is SPOTLESS. The bathroom is spacious & immaculate. The bed is superb & very comfortable. This is your home away from home. Solid hot breakfast every morning.

Arrived at 10PM on a Tuesday after a long day of travel. I paid for a king suite and after checking in I walked up to my room only to find they had assigned me to a Handicap accesible room where everything was at a reduced height including the bed. The bed was considerably smaller than a king and extremely uncomfortable. Tile floors in the bathroom were missing grout. Overall, it was a very sub-par experience and I should have requested a different room but due to the late arrival and only staying one night I decided to stick with what they gave me.

It was good I don’t like the location but that’s ok the rooms were amazing
Rooms: The rooms were amazing smelt like a doctors office I love that . I just don’t like the view .
Food & drinks: The food and drinks were good .The people that make them are a little rude. They gave me attitude .

Great hotel - I come here regularly for business. The reception staff are always efficient, pleasant and helpful, and the rooms are clean. When I’ve ever had any questions or issues, the staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful. The gentleman running reception today has particularly gone above and beyond. Will continue coming here for all my local business travel.

Theirs a white male at the front desk his name is Steven. I walked in the building and right off that he address me rudely before I could address him calmly. I didnt like this experience I honestly wanted to cancel my reservation with his rude hospitality but the day wasn’t about me.

I used to be loyal to this hotel. I’m physically disabled and the manager there refuses to rent to me because one day the room was not up to snuff well I’m physically disabled I was alone that particular time and was unable to clean it now Rent To me it’s terrible how they treat handicap people

Good hotel, was on business in the area. Plenty of room. Only issue you have to pay for parking. Never had that with a hotel on Long Island.
