Joining Prevention & Performance Training was one of the best decisions I have made! I’ve seen better results here then going to the actual gym!! Coach Chandler really cares and pushes you. I have more stamina, I have a better understanding of my body, and I am stronger both mentally and physically!

Love this place!!! I started with some classes which are great for beginners and experts and worked on my nutrition with Rachel. Now I do weekly personal training sessions with Chandler and she's the best! Sweet, kind but always pushing me because she knows I can do it. This place is so much more than a gym. It's a family.

Such a friendly staff who really care about their clients. I highly recommend combining the nutrition meal plan that Rachel offers with the training. I lost 12 pounds in 12 weeks! They will take a lot of time to evaluate your physical needs and create the right training program for you.
