“This 7-Eleven is the BEST one in HOLTSVILLE!!! You cannot find a better one than this one. They got a gas station! Also the customer service is the best. If you see a young lady with purple hair I think she is the nicest worker there! Also when I was about to grab a hot food there was a guy who said "no don't grab it, it's stale already and I don't want you to eat bad food" man this is the 7-Eleven for you!”

“My husband and I have been coming to this location for years. We have replaced all of our appliances with the help of the wonderful staff that work here. Most notably, we recently had a great experience with Gary who sold us our new refrigerator. Our refrigerator died on us and he was so helpful in getting us what we need in such a short amount of time. He understood our situation and helped us out big time! “I am not one to leave a review on anything I purchase, visit, or go to. I had to make this one because of the excellent customer service I received from Marie. I was blown away by how helpful she was.
Being in the construction industry for over 30 years I have not paid any attention to the new technology of my phone. I can tell you about concrete, asphalt, drainage at commercial buildings but I can’t tell you anything about search engines, widgets, and absolutely nothing about the iCloud.
I had no idea what plan I had or what great deal I was entitled to for years that I have been a customer of Metro PCS and no one else from another store I was dealing with never took a look or explained anything to me about my plan. Marie explained everything and I walked out of there with a phone and a beautiful tablet for 50 dollars and no extra line charge and my unlimited plan is still exactly the same payment that it has been for years.
I live about 30 minutes away from the Selden store and probably passed 3 or 4 metro stores and I will keep doing that because of Maries fantastic customer service. The fact that she is absolutely beautiful is just a added bonus. Thank you for all your help I really appreciate it and will recommend everyone to go there to independent plaza and ask for Marie.”

He inquired about my family’s usage in order to get us a plan that works for us without overselling anything…in fact said we don’t need as much storage on the phones we chose. He then ensured we were eligible for all promotions. I’ve had questions since switching to T mobile (from Verizon) and he is always available in person or on the phone. When he doesn’t have access to an answer, he makes calls immediately to get the answers and solves any concerns. Aside from all the professional attributes, he’s friendly and truly goes above and beyond!”

“After starting off at the TMobile in Central Islip where I waited 35 mins to be serviced and then was poorly serviced and cancelled everything I was doing..I rushed over to this Tmobile last minute to upgrade my phone, as it was the only time I had with how crazy my work schedule is. The young man behind the counter Sayed was SO helpful and SO informative on getting me through the upgrade where as the tmobile I started off before, the associate didnt help or try and brushed me off basically. Sayed went above and beyond (even past closing time) to make sure I got the best deal with my upgrade and that I walked out with the upgrade the same day! He was super paitent and super friendly! “For Christmas we got my daughter an autostart for her car. I am always leery of sending my daughter someplace without me accompanying her because let's be honest she's a 17 year old. I'm always afraid places will take advantage of her.This was not the case at avenue sound. From the moment we walked in till the transaction was completed she was treated with nothing but respect. They explained step-by-step what they were going to do to her baby and went above and beyond with the install.Brian (I think was his name) did an amazing job. It looks like the car wasn't touched but now Auto starts from the same remote. My daughter did not want to carry a second remote and they made that possible.If you decide to have an auto start put into a late model I would definitely come here and give them a shot. They are so trustworthy and made her smile. They also have a really cute doggo I. The shop... So please say hello to Mr chocolate from us!”
