The coffees here are terrible. I've gone there twice so far and both times the coffee is just, off. Go like a mile north for a much better 711.

Just had the worst experience there. Just purchased two large coffees, when I went to leave one of the covers came off when I grabbed the cup and spilled burning my whole hand very badly. The two girls at the counter just stood there speaking Spanish, not offering any help. Another very nice customer, had to ask them for napkins to help me. We cleaned the spill, which was all in front of the entrance as best as possible with the few napkins that were given. I then went to make another coffee and one girl followed me and said, You know I have to charge you for that.” I would expect to pay for the second cup but the nerve of this cashier not even asking if my hand was ok, not offering help to clean the spill and then the attitude on top of that was truly unacceptable! Won’t be going there for a long time, that’s for sure!

Multiple times after 2am the doors are locked and an employee is still Inside.

Normally, I really really like this 7-Eleven but why I pull up there at 2 AM and it says that they are open 24 hours and the guy is literally in there with the door locked. There is a sign out front that says doors must remain unlocked during business hours. What is this?

Their iced coffee machine has been broken for weeks. They will not honor hot coffee poured over ice. said its a different price. BAIT AND SWITCH!!!!!!!

Not sure why it's still listed as open 24 hours, sometime around midnight the doors are locked and there's no employee in sight. It would be nice to know what the actual store hours are now.

The cashier started talking to me and my friend about religion and asked us about our beliefs. I have no idea why that would be discussed while buying a bottle of water at 7-11. It came out of nowhere. So uncomfortable!

Never have enough cup holders. Don't plan on buying bulk hot and/or cold beverages unless you got six arms. this has been a continual problem for over a year. Do yourself a favor ang go South on Waverly to the other 7-11 on the West side of the road. Staff very personable and never disappointed !!!Cant say that for the some of the staff at this location.

Normally I like going to this 7-11, but after the rude cashier early this morning (7:30am) I will not be returning.
