She showed me how to use the freight elevator, as I'd never used one before, and knew my entry code off the top of her head so that I didn't have to dig through my messages for it. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and well-lit.”

“I stopped in on Mill plain in Danbury. Joe was there pitching in for a vacationer he's usually in Stamford just and absolutely great guy and experience. He was also training a new man name Ang. I was watching and listening to Joe going over him as he was processing my account. Joe was so detailed with him step by step it was great to see. He's very knowledgeable and friendly.
