HPM performed a reconstruction of the rear deck of my home. The reason I used HPM is I've used them before for some major reconstruction of our home's interior and I was completely satisfied with their work. The quality and timeliness of their work is outstanding. Their communications in planning, execution and follow-up is clear and concise and has addressed all the items about which I wanted information. The personnel that work for them are courteous and friendly and work effectively and efficiently. I was so happy with their work and the company that I recommended them to my son for a major renovation on his home...he was also completely satisfied. It's a great company that does great work and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Throughout the years we’ve had many contractors work on our house and by far, HPM Craftsmen were the most reliable. They showed up on time and performed their tasks professionally and skillfully. They addressed all of our concerns. We plan on using HPM for our future projects.

HPM Craftsmen recently completed a kitchen renovation for us. We were more than pleased with the results and how quickly the job was done. We were kept informed every step of the way by Nicki Ricciardi the CEO of the company. Our main craftsman, Cesar, was amazing. He even made suggestions about how to utilize hidden space. At the end of each workday he made sure everything was neat and clean. The cost of the renovation was reasonable and worth every penny. Highly recommend!

HPM fixed several things around my house including the outside where things were old and needed to be replaced. Inside they fixed around the fireplace (after the leak was fixed) and a doorway. They did a great job and very professional.Services: General construction

I recently had HPM Craftsman renovate 3.5 bathrooms, and two kitchens! I was very impressed with their commitment to excellence. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, they were always professional, responsive, and communicative. They took the time to understand my needs and vision - especially when I couldn't articulate my vision, and they delivered a beautiful and functional bathroom that I love.I was particularly impressed with the quality of their work. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the materials they used are high-quality. I know that my renovation will last for many years to come. Should you use hire them, make sure you have Anthony, Enrique and Jose on your renovation! When HPM Craftsmen was recommended for our roof repair we booked them right away. It’s not often you find a vendor that you can trust. The HPM back-office staff explained the services in detail before booking and followed up until the day of service. The service team arrived on time, they were professional, and they explained the findings and what was needed to get the job done. HPM also explained the length of time it would take before I needed to see them again. An unexpected repair occurred during the job and HPM took care of it without issue.We are beyond satisfied with their customer service, their professionalism, communication, and their follow-up.Thank you, Brian, Nicky, Marushka, Luis, his partner, and the entire HPM team.We will see you again soon.

We have used HPM Craftsmen for two major renovation projects -a fully remodeled kitchen (see before photo cabinets and two post-renovation photos) and a beautiful, fully renovated basement. Nicky Apap communicated with us every step of the way and Brian Mack is our go to guy whenever we have a project. He always has great tips and suggestions to make sure the project will go as planned. We have always been extremely pleased with the skilled craftsmen they have sent to our jobs. We used them a third time to remove some filler panels in the kitchen so we could have a larger refrigerator installed. We received another professional job from them today and our installer made sure the walls were all set for the new refrigerator getting delivered tomorrow. We would not hesitate to hire them again when we have another home renovation project.Services: General construction

I DO NOT recommend this business. I hired HPM Craftsmen to redo a master bathroom that another contractor had started but most of the work needed to be redone. We got a quote from Brian, the estimator and after getting a few references we decided to hire them. A few days prior to the start of the project we met with the owner, Nicky and a lead carpenter.On the first day of the project, the lead carpenter came alone and waited in the morning for a helper that never came. That day he did the demo by himself.On day three they sent an apprentice to assist and unfortunately he accidentally drove a screw through the hot water pipe in the shower wall. They were able to fix that the same day but nonetheless it caused concern and stress.From that day forward the carpenter worked alone only getting help towards the end setting the toilet in place. The toilet was not sealed on the bottom and was left with a slight rock to it which I had to mention and they corrected it.The carpenter was timely and hardworking which we appreciated. But any changes or concerns in the project had to go through Nicky. Therefore, we ended up spending a lot of time going back and forth with her.Throughout this project we noticed things we weren’t pleased with and areas of concern. For instance, they put a sheet of GoBoard over an area of plywood on the sub floor that probably should’ve been replaced. We also had no idea that certain walls should be level or plumb so we kept the existing vanity wall and had them smooth and joint compound instead. They didn’t check our walls for this and I highly recommend it before having any work done.Lastly, when the project was completed and we used the shower for the first time we noticed the shower floor tiles had lippage, sharp pointy edges in certain areas and around the drain pitch. It was uncomfortable to walk on with bare feet. Upon inspection, Nicky agreed that the shower floor would need to be redone.She gave us the option to choose a smaller tile and a crew member could do the work or we could choose our own contractor. We decided to choose our own contractor at which point we needed to get estimates. As soon as I had two estimates she quickly asked for them and took an average of the two and sent a revised invoice. She did not take the 3rd estimate that was sent later that day into consideration. Also we were still going through the process of compiling the list of supplies needed to restore this floor. It was very stressful going through this and her only concern at this point was to be paid for the work they had done. Overall this was an unsatisfactory experience for us.

From start to finish the team at HPM were true craftsmen. Competitive price with outstanding results. Fantastic communication from start to finish. Crew was on time every day and worked non stop. Change orders handled in stride. Punch list items completed quickly. All crew members courteous, respectful, and hard working. You will not be disappointed
