Other reviews are right- just terrible customer service; no manners, and you have to beg for assistance/ to even get a simple question answered.

Worse place to to go make an appointment for new passport 2 weeks in advance and the day we got there clerk said we not doing any passport service you will need to come back in 3 weeks I mean seriously no email no message nothing to notify I wish I can put 0
